I stopped buying this brand, their web photos all look great but production pieces are just not up to par in term of paint app. Bought heavy and soldier, both are not well painted even for such a simple clean cartoon statue, paint spills all over the place on anything that requires some attention to detail, was planning to collect the full line but give up after the first 2.

Then bought the portal turret figured they would up the paint quality on such an expensive piece but nope, the area around where the turret red eye is the white paint is all messed up almost look like water damage.

To piss me off even further they made me jump through so many hoops for a refund, I had to do over smash the statue 3 times because the broken pieces were not small enough....only after threatening to chargeback my cc and drop the bag of polystone in their office did they give me the refund.


So yeah...no gamingheads for me anymore.

Seriously? We havent had any problems with them and the statues we have from them are of great quality (including the paint application)
Sucks though...

Yeah, I've got the Headcrab Zombie and now Dragonborn and I think the paint apps are great. Gordon is on preorder. I really like GH.

Tho I still think the base is realy stupid and there just for the cost worthing.

Anyway Gaming Heads are awesome, too bad this is the only 1/6 statue they made so far.

I really liked this statue (actually like the reg version more) but it wasnt 1/4 scale and to me thats what a statue should be

Got this piece in today and I'm loving it. Skyrim was a great game and Gaming Heads did a great job capturing the feeling and look of the Dragon Born. I'm hopeful that we will see something from Fallout 3 or New Vegas next as that would be a definite buy as well. Here are a few quick pics that I snapped.
