It's the way the hair curves in along the jaw line. If they have it hang straight down I think it would look a lot better.
And they need to fix that damn beard and stash!

Costume looks Great!!! I think the head looks weird due to the placement. Looking below the jawline, it would seem his neck is too long. Head needs to sit on the shoulders lower.

I hope they'll trim that 'stache....
