I felt the same way when i got the fellbeast diorama,usually when i buy stuff it should looks like it's worth more than i paid for it.and usually SS delivers! but with these Dio's just blech!

I was out of this line after just one dio.

Did you ever see the 'Treachery of Saruman' dio?I can tell you this one is really worth(even more) the money.The portraits & expressions of the two wizards are simply amazing, in 1/8-1/9th scale...incredible.The dynamic of the piece is fantastic,as is the environment.I was/am blown away by this one.
To me the best dio ever.

What? Is Gandalf actually the same size as the soldier in the troll statue? Cos that wasn't small if i remember correctly...
Anyway, my 2 pence on the rog dio - love it! But i'd have preferred the fire on his head and his whip to be polystone, and that the horn join was actually the proper size. The rog is the main thing here and Gandalf is just there to represent the scene and show the size comparison, i won't be studying him too closely anyway!

no it did have some slight damage on balrogs lh arm already and ssc told me to destroy it for a refund.

yeah no i don't think i'm that , it's so sad that this stuff with only minor damage has to be destroyed.

next they're asking me to destroy my CIM, T800 pf, and HB2 pf.
get this though the statues are in perfect condition, there is only some very minor problems with the bases. such as scratches, some chips and sloppy paint. i still haven't smashed them yet though. that's going to be hard to do, especially when the next ones could be worse than what i've got already.

It arrived!!! I ship stuff to my mums house and i was staying there last night and it arrived this morning!! BUT i couldn't open it as i had to get to work! Agh! Have to wait until tomorrow now!!
