Well Leia also didnt relax up against her speeder with her helmet on it either. I dont think GG can have any character on the bike for some reason. I think it dues to licensing issues.

Is it a licensing issue, or the basic concept of imitating the hover bike effect by supporting the weight through the leg of the seated character touching the base? If a character was riding the bike, there would need to be a more traditional base/rod and that wouldn't create the effect of a floating bike. They have done the same with the Maul statue and the upcoming Boba Fett w/ Han in Carbonite.

I think you're right, Tom. And they did it with the original speeder bike statue.

Looks pretty good but the speeder seriously does not belong. It would be a much more attractive piece if she was on a mossy log with ferns and an actual sculpted forest floor

I don't get the concept of scanning. I can see if they scan helmets or props, but Carrie Fisher? Wouldn't the current Carrie Fisher be the face sculpt?
