GENTLE GIANT: Republic Commandos Mini Busts

Pre-Orderd the Boss bust a while at Internet (only because it would be an "exclusive" in the Netherlands, and I live there .)
It would be my first GG item. And when I see all the negative comments I'm thinking that it would be my last GG item...

But sorry to aks a noob question...
But what is so bad about GG products?

One thing that s*cks is their website... I can't find any info about the Republic Commando busts...

They treat their customers/collectors like toilet paper.

IMO, not that bad. I bought a Indy crate off of ebay. The crystal skull had a broken jaw and they replaced the skull for free.

Consider yourself one of the lucky ones.
I used to only buy GG and after dealing with world tours to hunt down exclusive busts it's just alot of jumping thru hoops and hassle.I have since moved on and am addicted to PF's. The quality is better along with SS customer service and dealing with edition sizes as well.Just my two cents.

Should be first of the year. They are supposedly arriving to docks around the 24th.
