GG Harry Potter bust--Light Up Version

Don't have an FYE around me but a coupla Suncoasts are. I can call them today and check out if they have them also. Since I've got both the first and 5-year Harrys, wasn't going to get this variant myself.

And Calle....I've seen your pleas on the forums and my heart goes out to you and to all the others who are in your position (as I have been myself before). Unfortunately, even those of us going are unsure if we'll get ourselves. Hopefully, somebody will have snagged one and offer to you at cost. Good luck!

I went to Suncoast yesterday and didn't see any light up Harrys.....I'll have head back this weekend hunting for them....

To everybody hunting down this piece:

If you go to your local Suncoast or FYE, print out a copy of this image and hand it to them. Nobody seems to have any idea what I am talking about when I describe the bust, but when you hand them this image they can bring the item up in their system, tell you if it's in stock there, tell you if it's in stock at any other SC/FYE store, and tell you if it's on order. The system won't place special orders for high end collectible items, but my local FYE has four on order. I left my name and number with the manager along with a copy of this image, and when they show up she is going to hold one for me and call when it's in.

Good news the FYE has them (pretty sure ites them)! They are holding 2 for me, (for Tom and Calle). I will be on my way tonight or tomorow to get them for you guys. :chew

I was able to get the last one at the FYE near me last night. I had been holding off on the purchase of the regular one in hopes of getting this one. It's pretty cool, but not something I'd pay more than retail for. They need to do more exclusives like this instead of exclusives like Clone Commanders, Luna Lovegood, etc.

Got it and thank you. I'm hoping to catch my FYE's store manager tomorrow because no one else there knows what I'm talking about.

I called 4 of them actually. One, the girl said it comes out when the book comes out (she didn't know what she was talking about obviously). Two, the girl had a real bad attitude, and said they don't make it.

The 3rd one said they have them, but wouldn't hold them for me. And, the 4th one was willing to only hold 2 for me. I promised Tom and Calle one first. But, I am going to try to get there tomorow and get a couple more (if they have them) for other board members (including you Loki).

All I ask is that they go into your own collection, and don't flip them on eBay. I was fortunate enough today, a friend of mine landed a Glorfindel bust for me, and I just want to pass the good fortune onto other collectors like myself. I'm not looking to make any money. Just trying to help out, like I was helped out.

I just came back from my local FYE. They have 4 of the exclusive Harry bust (holding the Prophecy). They looked to be in fine condition. If I am correct, everyone still needs help with getting it right? The store closes in 9 minutes so I can't go back tonight (or anyone else for that matter). I could probably go back tomorrow and get them if anyone still needs help.

They were $60, so I didn't want to put $240 on my card if nobody needs help. I'm going to SDCC so if anyone is going (Tom?) I could just bring them with me.
