This looks really good, seems like they nailed the likeness. I want to get some Harry Potter collectibles and since there doesn't seem to be any FS statues out there, I might start getting a few min-busts from GG. It seems like the likenesses are pretty decent on them. What are your guys opinions on them? I looked at the Harry ones and for some reason the likeness didn't seem as good as the other characters. It looked like the Year 4 version was a little better than the Year 5 version. Opinions?

I've collected most of the Harry Potter bust by GG and they are well worth collecting and reasonably priced. I agree the Harry busts are not very good.
The best are Mad-eye Moody, Snape, Dumbledore, McGonagal, Luna, Bellatrix(awesome)Tonks, Sirus, Draco & Hagrid

Average are Voldermort, Lupin, Fred & George, Ron, Harry OOTP

Poor are Cho (why this one was made I'll never know, they should have made Neville) Hermione

Its the kids GG seem to struggle with. Having said that the soon to be released Ron Quidditch & Ginny Weasley are excellent.
For such a massive movie series Potter has some really poor quality collectables. GG have the best in range & likeness.

Probably going to stop at McGonagal. I don't think 3 or 4 versions of HP is necessary to my collection, but still looking forward to seeing the sculpt. I have most if not all of these busts, buy they've sat in boxes in a closet because I can't display them properly, so been contemplating selling them all.

Gentle Giant? They are still around?

I always thought Viggo Mortensen should have been Sirius Black. Every time I read the books that is who I would picture in my head. I feel as though he would have done the role more justice and been a kinder and more understanding father figure to Harry.

It is still one of my favorite lines and about the only thing left from GG that I'll pay attention to. It could stop today and be pretty complete, although I would love to see busts of Filch, Umbridge and Trelawney.

A Richard Harris Dumbledore has been frequently requested and it's nice to see them throw the fans a bone there, but who the heck was asking for Kreacher?!?

I would love to get into this line, but the Harry busts just don't look that good at all, and I can't see getting others if I don't have him. Which Harry has the best likeness to you guys? Maybe I should wait and see if they release another once the new movies come out?
