If he can be had for $85 from a retailer thats a damn good price for him. Looks to be a very detailed figure and more realistic than the human headsculpts. Medicom is shaping up to have a real nice Marvel Movie line.

And if they continue using the 1/6 bodies instead of their short bodies they may just gain equal shelf space with the Sideshow figures here in the States.

I hope I can look forward to a Punisher figure from P2.

Re: Medicom Ghost Rider

got to say this was hard to pass up i got my first two medicoms a lil while ago and i can barley look at my other figures or even place them near eachother, unfortunantly i jumped on the second chance of the cyclops right after getting charged for my x3 wolvie so my wallet is poor

Ok I broke down and ordered one. This will be the most money I have ever spent on a 12" figure but I just can't pass on him.

You guys should wait and get it from online retailers(10-13 dollars cheaper)But then again this figure came outta nowhere so i don't know how limited it will be so ordering from SS may be a good bet if your a huge GR fan) but alterego and CSC will more than likely have it for around 85$

Re: Medicom Ghost Rider

Looks wonderful, if a bit thin. The head is marvelous. I'd get him if he fit into my collection.

I say SS figs are too tall.:D But this is a hard one to pass, I don't even care about Ghost Rider.

Short bodies?
To my knowledge all RAH 301 bodies are the same. Only that they add extenders to different characters.

Re: Medicom Ghost Rider

I'm still waiting for someone to say that the Medicom Ghost Rider looks cartoony...

It's their movie figures that are on the short bodies.

Re: Medicom Ghost Rider

In every instance that people pointed out the slight animated look to Medicom's sculpts it was for their human sculpts. Now their non human heads obviously don't have that problem, their vader is spectacular, and GR looks fantastic too, and i'm also pleased to see them going with a proper 12" body (assuming he's like X3 wolvy).

As for human likeness' i think they are coming into that as well, X3 wolvy is a great likeness, not perfect but damn good, now if their paint was a little more detailed it'd be even better.

Re: Medicom Ghost Rider

I can't wait for a [hopefully non-exclusive, though SSC may get it] Symbiote Movie Spidey.

all my medi figures are 12inches(11.8) i think some may differ.except vader ep3 hes over 12

Re: Medicom Ghost Rider

I really like this figure. The sculpt is excellent an the clothes are spectacular.
I don't like the ZIPPER (Dear friends of Medicom, sometimes bigger is not better).
I think I'll buy it anyway and replace the zipper.

trust me, from a guy who collects and customise medi and the RAH body.
ALL 301 bodies are the same height unless they come with extenders for certain characters.
What I'm saying medicom doesnt have fixed different height base bodies like Sideshow Art S buck figures.

The neo figure hwerver I'm not sure as it was released a few years back and might not be using the newer(2005) RAH 301 Body.
Even so, the older rah 300 body height can be altered with extenders.

So that means they used the basic 0.5 cm extenders or didnt use extenders
at all.

I am sorry I forget the detail because I sold the body long time ago.

The only thing I don't like about the RAH is the size of the zipper on the jacket. Since they can put a small zipper on the movie Wolverine jacket, hopefully that can be fixed on the final product.

I'm with you! I really like the look of the figure but that damn zipper pull is HUGE. I hope this gets fixed before the release of the figure.
