That's a difficult one. If I was making him right now, I would make a modern version of him with a Fast Ops-core helmet available in either Carbon (has vent holes in the top, easier to find in 1:6) or a Ballistic (no vent holes) paint it and make a custom helmet cover in red with white trim. Then add a repainted radio head set and goggles to complete it.
So basically, a repainted version of this:

With a custom red & white cover that looks like this:

That would be the most tactical and realistic set up for Lifeline.

A similar looking helmet is the one molded to the exclusive Viper head, you'd have to repaint it of course.

That or make your own custom one from cloth or sculpt one out of clay on an existing headsculpt similar to the Viper exclusive head.
I do believe someone made a custom Lifeline with the helmet from Sideshow's Star Wars Rebel Commandos.
