Re: GI JOE Kitbash Parts Help Thread

This doesn't belong in this thread but I want to switch out the feet on my Falcon; I basically want to use cloth boots and bare feet instead of the stock sideshow beets.

Is there a body hack I can do?

It's either this or sand down existing sideshow feet into something that resembles a foot.

You can use any sideshow feet. Just nuke some water, dip the feet until soft, then pop the ankle joint into them. What boots are you using?

Edit: Thing to mention, there will be a tiny gap between the ball of the ankle joint and the foot, due to the length of the peg.

If you have a set of Kaustic feet, just sink the Sideshow peg into them and you're good to go. If you need to secure the foot tighter, a couple raps of Teflon will do ya.

Sideshow feet? Do you mean any pair of feet?

Awesome, I'll get myself a pair, if they're available. Oh yeah, does any version matter? 1 (skinny) or 2 (super buff)?

Re: GI JOE Kitbash Parts Help Thread

What do you guys think about this setup for Breaker. I'm thinking about cutting off the mic from the right ear so its more like the original. But I really like the dual mic set up.

Re: GI JOE Kitbash Parts Help Thread

I posted this in the Falcon forum, but if anyone is interested in selling or perhaps trading their Falcon shotgun let me know. I'm working on a Viper bash and I keep picturing him with a shotty.

As I said in the other thread, I don't have much to trade except for a Ninja Viper. I'd be willing to work out a deal for pretty much any group of accessories from the Ninja Viper in exchange for the shotgun. But if you're looking for any specific item in particular PM me, I have a fair few Sideshow figs. Otherwise, I'd be willing to pay cash. So make me an offer.

Thanks.

Re: GI JOE Kitbash Parts Help Thread

Keep the setup as is. It still says Breaker to me.

Re: GI JOE Kitbash Parts Help Thread

Thanks for the approval guys. And Skull it is the Zartan mask. I originally was going to have it modded to a head but it looks too wide.

I couldnt find the extra set. I only have the 2 fists and the knife holding hand. I thought I had the left holding one also, but I couldnt find it. I must of used the trigger and open palm hands on another bash, sorry. You can have the other ones, just pay for shipping.

That would be awesome! let me know how much. And if I end up with anything you need...you got it.

Re: GI JOE Kitbash Parts Help Thread

duke gun , pants and belt and head needed

I have a Duke head. But you will need to send it to Skiman for a Skipaint. I removed the paint on it and in doing so, I did two small spots of damage to a cheek and an eye. I actually posted pics of it somewhere. But I do not remember what thread...likely the Duke thread...but it would be buried deep.

I think it would be easy for Ski to mend and paint, though.

This took me 10 seconds to find:
Mental note: Acetone and brush = bad.

Just use Google search and not the one on this site.

Re: GI JOE Kitbash Parts Help Thread

Wow. Just tried the google search. Typed in "Darth Cruel Duke" and it was the first pic up. Thanks for the tip!
