I just wish it didn't take so long to get these figures. I think Buck Rogers is the longest I've ever waited on a preorder (four months and counting).

I'm really digging the whole "retro" sci-fi genre and hope it continues.

Wow, very cool. I wish I got the Buck Rogers figure. I think I saw a lot of stock footage of Commander Cody in Errol Morris' Fast Cheap & Out of Control documentary.

You've got to hand it to Steve at Go Hero. How many Companies out there e-mail you to keep you up to date on the preorders. Steve deserves all our support for trying to get a quality figure out at a resonable price with the economey in the shape it's in. I ordered Buck and Flash and I'll pick up Cody as well. Steve seems to go that extra step in bring out great figures with outstanding features.

I bought the V2 Rocketeer a few months ago to display with Flash and Buck, but I think this figure is gonna be much cooler.

no Cody prototype that I saw at NYCC. Talked with the gohero guy for awhile and he's a fantastic guy. I wish him all the best. There was a 2001 figure on display and he's amazing! Best 1:6 space suit I've seen.

I went by their booth about 2:30 and the Commando Cody was there right next to the 2001 Bowman. Both looked really well done.
