Speaking of Photoshop, so these renders came from a Photoshop file downloadable as part of an official art contest, the Godzilla only poster standing at the water with MBB looking up at him is actually a composite of all 3 of these images I've shared, it's not a single shot of Godzilla and these 3 came out of the file to make it. pretty good work if you ask me, I thought it was just a rendered pose.
Overall I like the design and feel its much improved over the original film.
A slightly larger head would be cool though
The GMK Godzilla is one of my favorite G suits.
Originally they wanted him to be hunched over more like a T-Rex but the suit was too heavy so he ended up in the more classic Godzilla stance. I think that is why he has a strange sort of hump above his shoulders (probably were the actors head is) as he was not originally intended to stand that way.

Imagery/Visuals: Gorgeous, look like mythical paintings, just stunning to behold!
Dialogue: Atrocious, Transformers level bad, not a good sign!
I cringed on every single word spoken.
Did she really say our planet will perish, and so will we!
I also didn’t like them holding on to the pole with the wind it’s Twister all over again lol

I kinda was expecting that thou. Its obviously an end of the world scenario.
We knew there would be “human drama” as well. This kind of film, and the government having control over Godzilla is a silly start. But who cares!!! The rest looks awesome.
I can live with Transformers one level dialogue.....as long as its not transformers 3 dialogue.

I get it, with visuals like this, it gives the movie potential to be a landmark in film and hearing dialogue that doesn't live up to the visual is a bit of WTF, but at the end of the day, it's a Godzilla movie, and to me it looks to be everything I could hope for, all the fun of the old films just made to look better using today's advanced technology. This is a franchise with plots like a prophesizing woman who think's she's an alien, a crazy guy getting himself and 3 others trapped on an island from stealing a boat to find his brother, pollution spawning a trash monster...etc.
All I want is for the human aspect to be fun and enjoyable enough. Godzilla 2014 lacked in this area, for me, Kong delivered, and I think this will deliver as well.
I watched this this morning on low volume and totally missed the Wizard of Oz motif.....
Bad ***.....they are really nailing these trailers music wise.
The classical music ques are spot on. Hopefully the translate into a score thats memorable as well.
Rodans design is really stellar. Reminds me of the Rodan Shogun I had as a kid.

I’m with both of you hoping it’s a fun romp visually this should win an oscar.
Thinking we will see 3 battles, rodan losing to ghidorah, G losing to the pair, then G and Mothra, taking on Ghidorah with Rodan as the wild card.

As I'm aware at the moment, this is the roster.
Battle 1 - Godzilla vs Ghidorah in the arctic when Ghidorah arises.
Battle 2 - Rodan vs Ghidorah in Mexico after Rodan escapes, Rodan becoming Ghidorah's lackey after getting whooped.
Battle 3 - Godzilla vs Rodan and Ghidorah in Mexico, possibly Mothra showing up.
Battle 4 - Godzilla and Mothra vs Ghidorah in Boston. Haven't seen or heard anything to suggest where Rodan is at during this.

This film is very globabl, Mexico, the arctic, pretty sure we see San Francisco again in the first trailer, DC is definitely in it, Boston.
Godzilla looking jacked for the big fight.
There's a quality to this shot that just feels like classic Toho Godzilla.
