Sleet, freezing rain and snow flurries come to the Austin, TX metro area! Winter has finally arrived!!! And I love it if you can't tell!!!

That stuff hit us (in Kansas City area) on Friday and still hasn't let us loose. 3-day weekend and we've been holed up in our house like bears in a cave. brrrrrrrr!!

We have freezing rain in Niagara, Ontario Canada. My power was off for 3 hours this morning and just came back on a few minutes ago. I snuggled up
in bed with a book and waited for the power to come back on.
I am not looking forward to walking to work with all of the ice on the ground.
If you don't hear from me for a while it will be because I broke a hip.

P.S. Dead Doctor delivered today. Will check him out once I defrost

Power went out last night for like 3 hours, I'm in Northern Arkansas right now at college and it's been raining and freezing for a few days now, right now it's snowing. Heard there was also some bad weather back home in North Texas too. I actually like the cold weather, but it's causing lots of trees to fall over and branches to break off.

Ha ha, the mouse thing is funny. Anyways, it's 21 degrees here and it's snowing. And the large smokestack in the distance is making a nice effect in the horizon, however I don't have a good camera to show it.

Yea, over here near the valley it was about 32 degrees last night. Now, mid-westerners don't make fun, but that's freaking cold for us in southern california. I slept with like 9 blankets and sweats..

I've never experience winter before........it's always hot and stuffy here.......

It must be nice to play with the snow and all......on the plus side, I can go to the beach every day and get a nice tan all year long!

81 here today in Miami... but cloudy... darn... am never lucky aren't I.

Last week in Las Vegas it was sunny but cold. Who would have thought that it would get cold like that in the desert.
