I'm not worried about the email. I have been getting them 3 days later than everyone else since this new system was put into use, so I'm sure it will get here eventually. I got the flash email for Anakin this morning.

I tried the links through the emails, clcked on those links and eventually (1 hour and 26 minutes later) the order wnet through. So keep trying they are still available!

Yeah I don't quite get the threats of physical violence over the mere possibility of missing out on a 2 1/2" clear plastic figure.

It took 90 minutes of "error" screens but I persisted and eventually got through and got mine ordered. I almost pulled the trigger and bought two but then backed off and stuck with just the one.

Clear your browser's cache and cookies, close out of your browser completely, go to this link to log-in to your USER account:

and use the link that's under the "you are subscribed to our newsletter" message. I'm not as technically-minded as some people, so I don't know if this theory has any merit or not, but I suppose it's worth a shot!

And don't give up - there are people on RS that have been trying since it started and have finally gotten their confirmation!

I agree - sorry if my post offended - I was merely responding to the negativity of others. I clearly understand the frustration here. I'd be angry if my order wasn't in too. But the negativity doesn't help your order get placed. Chris and Dusty ARE watching....

Wouldn't have gotten two anyway but congrats. That reminds me, though, anyone who actually DOES end up not being able to get the figure should probably sign up for the wait list as soon as possible, because of all the people managing to get 2 figures(one of which will get struck eventually).

okay i finally got through. the only reason it went through this time was because i didn't use my coupon code. i had a coupon code for $20 off. and it showed up on the order form but when i pressed the "place your order" i got the error message. so i decided to finally try it without the coupon code and it went through. what's up with that. at least i got through.

Actually....the biggest reason I'm pissed off has nothing to do with SideShow or even closely related to a computer or internet. But this just triggered it off.

Exactly, blowing up the Sideshow Building because an order for a figure cant be placed!?!? Man I thought I had problems.
