Got my very first PF !!!

I collect & customize 1/6 scale figures, but I've secretly really wanted some of the 1/4 figures. I tried to convince myself just to stick to 1/6, but I really wanted a 1/4 Leia pretty bad. Well, after getting outbid on Leia in the very last seconds on Ebay many times, I finally found Luke at a nice Buy It Now price & took the plunge.

and here he is beside my 1/6 custom Luke (that was inspired after I first saw the 1/4 Luke.....

I'm really impressed with the Luke & hope to get Leia too one of these days.

2. when are they coming out with a Palpatine and Jedi Luke in PF???

Luke was my "first" as well, I'll never forget being so impressed with everything from the outer sleeve to the inner foam packaging. Sad, that the new PFs have left that format some.

Luke will be my first Star Wars PF as well. I was bidding on one actively and when I won the auction, the reserve price wasn't met yet, then I got a second chance offer via eBay with a message offering me the piece at that price anyway. I can't wait for it to arrive!

I definitely want more of the PF figures now, especially the Leia. I have always been a fan of Green Goblin & Punisher, so those are 2 non-SW that immediately caught my eye as well.

Just a few questions....

If any of you guys own the Green Goblin PF or Punisher PF, I'd be interested in hearing what you think & also why do some people hate the PF Luke so much?

Like I said, I'm new to the PF scene. I've admired them for a while, but this has been my first chance at owning one & seeing one in person.

If we're talking SW PF's, the best likeness (for unarmored chars) IMO is the Obi Wan PF. That one is really dead on. All PF Luke's are off. Han's o.k. and Leia's nice. I definitely prefer the armored PF chars, like Darth and Boba Fett (the Attakus Darth is surely better than the SSC version, wile the SSC Boba Fett may beat the Attakus Boba, but that remains to be seen). My absolute favorite is Grievous though. Lame character in the movie, but helluva design! Still congratz to your first SW PF.

Luke's paint apps are a little off for me, but the overall piece is so iconic that it doesn't bother me.
