As an older guy who spent a good amount of time in management I would like to toss in my two cents that may help you.
The largest thing the younger generation lacks is a solid work ethic. This is a huge advantage for those who actually choose to have one and be a go getter instead of waiting for the next assignment.

Also not trying to be alarming, but I know two kids your age that worked for BB here in Jersey, and they kept them around for close to a year and when they were up for review and a raise they were dismissed. I don't know if its a company wide practice to keep turn over high but just keep it in mind.

That's pretty good. I wanted to try and work at Best Buy, but I didn't want to drive that far. It's kinda sad though, you don't actually get a very good discount at Best Buy, my brother worked in the Car Audio department and he could only get small discounts on car audio systems which was kind of useless so he left.
