What what in the butt

This one got a lot of hate a while ago but every one who has seen it in person wants one. Must just not photograph well I guess. :lol

funny you would say that, my brother in law was over, and when he saw it for the first time he fell in love with it. he said pretty much the same thing, didn't really like it, till he saw it in person.

and yes very underrated, and with a large es, a bargain for what they're going for imo.

I know it's pretty self-evident from the pics, but has anyone had a space issues with this piece? (Any unforseen problems in general? Complaints) Again, just curious.

This one is the only Marvel PF that I have sold off. The detail of the sculpt is fantastic but I just couldn't get over the fabric and off color of the gloves/boots to the fabric. Most of friends also thought the piece looked "cheesy" compared the other PF's which were mostly described as "cool".

Somedays I look at the pics on the Sideshow website and I say "WOW." And other days, I don't even look twice and think: "This is definitely not the piece for me." Since I'm not a big "villian" fan, the sheer fact that it depicts a villian also helps deter it from my "sights." But then again I did buy Red Skull.

SquiderM3, do you own a Red Skull and if so, how does the Goblin match up to Red Skull in terms of overall presence? (I'm basically asking because those are really the only two villian PFs that Sideshow's Marvel line has released.)

Might be a while on this one. I am trying to hype it up a little for you though. :lol

Actually, I'm taking it to a show in two days, will try for $400 and if I can get that without hassle of shipping, I'm willing to let it go.

Another thing about the mismatched purple pleather and spandex... the styrofoam likes to stick to the pleather. On both of mine, I had to take tweezerts and carefully pick off the grey styrofoam that got stuck to it during shipping.

I have to put mine in a corner curio because of the size. The flames that come out the back do take up space. and the wing span is too wide to display sideways.

I had to do the same with mine. I sat there for a while picking off those bits. At first I thought the piece was defective until I got brave enough to pick at the spots a little.

If I ever do sell mine I am sure I will probably get a buyer that send me a message about "spots" and I will have to guide them through the whole process. :sick:lol

One word...DOOM!!!:D

I do own the Red Skull and it is not going anywhere, anytime soon. I'm not a big fan of the character, actually like GG more as a character, but the statue is incredible. Overall, the quality of RS makes GG look bad. There was absolutely no seller's remorse when I shipped it away.

Doom isn't a villian.......he's just misunderstood. :D (No actually, I did forget about Doom. Please everyone hold your fire!)

Awesome. Thanks for the response. I've been on the fence about GG for a while but I think its going to have to wait a little longer....

Elektra is the same way, but worse.

You'll end up paying more if you put if off too long. Punisher is already creeping up to the $500 mark, green goblin is soon to follow.

Normally I agree with everything you say.

However, GG >>>>>>>> RS

And that's coming from a guy who loves his RS PF!
