Do you think the value of the green is going to keep inflating?

1000 is a lot so i'm not convinced

I don't know about it reaching $1K, but yes it definately will keep going up; esp as wait-listers grab up the last few direct pieces available.

I guess it will end up sitting in the 600-700.00 range by summer. Next movie hits, and it will take a pretty good jump. Look at ghost rider.:D The thing against it is exactly what makes it so impressive...it's size. This will scare off a lot of people in a space crunch, and you can just about forget euro bidders. They are gonna have to have the fever bad to pay the king's ransom in shipping for this.

Flipping this item is perhaps the ultimate in pain in the @$$ flips. Dealing with it's size and shipping costs earns you the $200 net profit or whatever it is you are getting nowadays.

More power to those that flip on this one. I bought only one to own even though I see definite profit here in the long term. This is the definitive Hulk.

And I think that's a big part of why *all* the Hulks, Grey and Green, are simply just going to disappear before too long. Collectors are going to go through hell getting him out of the box and displaying him and then just say, "Flippin' A, I'm not moving that %&@^&*@ another centimeter." :lol

Agreed. A smaller scale Hulk will always be trumped by this, no matter the sculpt. A bigger Hulk would just be too much. At 1/4 scale, this will never be matched.

Interesting similarities between the PF and the cover to Avengers #1, right down to the pose and cracked cement. I wonder what other Avengers we'll see in PF.

WHAT? Classic Iron Man rocks! It'd be fun, not as a mass appeal piece I guess, but I love that desgin. My fav. Iron Man is the earliest version of the red/gold suit. I really like the classic appeal, but so much of it has stayed too. I really need a Hulk, but can't afford it. I know if Thor hits next, I'm gonna feel like a jag, since to have a full set of PF Avengers (original) would rock!

I know, but I figure I can dress up like Giant man and get a marvel Legends Wasp and there ya go!

Wouldn't worry about it. Odds of a Mr. and Mrs. Pym sculpture are a big zero.
Ant Man and Wasp would be cool exclusives for another Avenger. I could see SS doing that just to have representations of all the early members.

Sorry I mean a thousand pieces

ACTUALLY,IF YOU'D LIKE TO COMPLETE AN AVENGER SET..YOU JUST HAVE TO BUY THE GOLIATH FIGURE FROM MARVEL LEGENDS SERIE 4.HE COMES WITH A MINI ANT- MAN AND WASP.THEY ARE LIKE 2 INCHES TALL EACH.

frankly speaking, imo, SS Hulk statue is as bad as that Iron man on the cover.

LOL I mind quite a few folk were overly critical of it when it first came out
