Would the way to "kill" a Black Lantern be to bring it back to life?

thru Hope of course.

maybe Love?

The blue ring only juices up the green ring. who knows what will happen if it comes into contact with the Sapphires

and still, no one knows anything about the Indigo tribe.

So, after Blackest Night, is the next story the War of Light? Just how long does this multi-colored story plan on lasting?

I know it sounds funny but you cannot wield a Black Ring until you are dead, which is why Black Hand had to commit suicide before getting it. If they resurrect one of them the wearer would instantly become depowered because they lack the necessary qualifications

I'm not sure if or how any of the Black Lanterns can return to life but I'm sure Johns has a niffty plan instore!

According to Geoff Johns the Blackest Night is the third part of the the War of Light Trilogy. The first part was GL: Rebirth and the Sinestro Corps War was the second.

I think it was Wizard Magazine where I read about it. :D

That is true its a three part trilogy: Rebirth, Sinestro Corps War and Blackest Night. There are rumors that all of the Corps will get major shake ups by the end.

Sounds ominous. I can't wait!

I need someone with photoshop skills to take Barry Flash, and transform him into a blue lantern

If I had the skills, which I don't , I'd help ya out! :D

I'm sure someone here can help ya! :)

Watched the new GL DVD---
How true is this to the comics?
Do not try to watch in very tired---had to look at last half trice.
Overall enjoyed it---how was bonus disk?

The producers of GL took many liberties with Hal's origin and changed a lot of things for the DVD but overall the essence is there, IMO.

Abin Sur was made to look more alien, Boodikka was made a villain, Sinestro didn't have his yellow & black duds when he turned evil, Hal's costume is very different from his comic origins...I can't think of anymore but you get the idea.

Despite all that, I loved the GL DVD! I hope they make more. :)

Blackest Night #2 has a sweet cover next week! :rock :rock :rock

I love the look of the Black Lanterns and slightly upset that the upcoming DCD BL Aquaman is wrong...

why is Manhunter the only one with a hole in his chest?

It has to do with the way they die.

I believe though that these are conceptuals and in the books he may not have it. I have to look

I think that is another variant cover. I think the regular is the same artwork, but in full color.

I think you're right. I like the full color version better! :D

I too like this one much more. It seems more in line with the last GL cover to me. I may have to get this one too if the LCS isn't cashing in on it.

The BN#2 Aquaman cover is SICK! :rock :rock :rock

Green Lantern is still DC's best comic...ever since they brought Hal back they have really let loose on making this one of their hottest titles, if not THE hottest. I think it's MUCH better than Superman and Batman (though Bats is getting more interesting now that Bruce is dead).

Green Lantern is DC's flagship character now! My hats off to the creative teams involved.
