The movie sucked because of Ryan Reynolds....he's the white Will Smith. Hope Reynolds isnt in the JLA Movie.

I've seen a fan edit that removed most of the "humor" and the movie was quite a bit improved.

The only redeeming part of that awful movie was Sinestro. Perfect casting!!

Sinestro, the cinematography in space and on Oa. As I recall the soundtrack was very nice as well.
The lacking factor of the movie was the plot and the script.

He DID look great, I really wanted to see Sinestro especially but just could not endure the movie long enough to see him develop as a character. I honestly felt like the level of humor I was seeing would not have been out of place in a Pixar film; I'm not watching Green Lantern to see comedic wackiness.

As for someone else's comment that Reynolds is the white Will Smith, all I can say is... lol. Ouch.
