It matters for long-term durability though, the eggshell thin Hulk in the first dio was a cause for buyers to be more selective where they purchased theirs from.

Plus it's the friggin Hulk --- it needs heft!

even if the hulk/scar are similiar in overall dimensions, it does look like the originl hulk is looking a bit more massive, which is fine for me, i actually wouldn't want them to be exactly the same.
it give a good comparison and shows the difference between the different era's and story lines of the smash time. imo

Looks like more of the newer stuff is coming out hollow but all that matters to me is that it's a great sculpt with a lot of detail... I'll sit here and keep on rocking

I completely agree! And there is no Blue sparks shooting out of the mace. And the atmosphere around the characters is not RED at all!

I love both pieces but, I like the Grey Hulk vs Spidey more. The size of the Hulk and the face or more impressive...IMO
Plus, Spidey and Hulk are 2 of my favorite Marvel characters. So, I'm a bit partial.

I Think both are spectacular pieces, but my love for the Planet Hulk comics give the edge to the PH dio.
