What do you mean an extra $10?? How much was your SE of GTA4? It should have been $89.99.

If you ordered online, then yes, you have to pay usually $10 for the expeditted shiiping for overnight to you, which is pretty cheap. If you don't like getting that charge, then pre-order it in one of their B&M stores. Even Amazon charges you shipping costs.

It was online. They add $10 for the special edition for shipping beyond the normal price. They did that with Halo 3 Legendary too.

Not buying the SE though. It's just junk they get you to buy when the game is just coming out and people are anxious enough for the game to buy it.

Although--considering buying this instead of Smash Bros. Brawl. I just got a Wii but haven't been able to get games beyond Wii Sports or a Gamecube game, so I wanted to buy SSBB, but I might switch to GTAIV

Why don't you just buy it from one of their regular stores instead of getting it online?? That would cut out the shipping expense.

Actually, if I buy a game and it doesn't matter about getting it quickly then I buy from newegg.com online, they usually have prices a little cheaper than everywhere else and have free 3 day shipping.

Why the debate?? That's why M$ paid Take-Two $50M for the exclusive rights to DLC!! So there would be more people buying the 360 version than the PS3 version. And on all the reviews that have been out, more people say that they liek the 360 version over the PS3 version.

And one easy question, do you have more friends on you 360 or your PS3?? You will probably have more fun with the rest of us 360 people anyways!!

All true! Plus you don't have to spend time down loading crap to the PS3. :lecture

Yeah, and I'm not being a fanboy about it, because if I knew that PS3 was getting some exclusive content that 360 would never see, I would say go the PS3 route.

And look at what happened with the COD4 maps. You PS3 guys are getting them a month late. I would be pissed if I had to wait a month for content that the other system already had. And while I'm sure there will eventually be DLC for the PS3, it will still not include what is gonna be available for the 360. So theres my arguement for the 360 version. :D

I don't even have a PS3, so I would vote for the XBOX. But in general, I can assume that PS3 has better graphics (I don't have HDMI XBOX), so I don't know. Are the majority of you guys getting it for PS3 or XBOX?

Wrong! both versions are identical as far as gameplay and graphics.(thats already been stated over and over by dan houser)The differences will be so minor that it will be considered a wash.

Also the exclusive content is just a "timed" exclusive for 360. PS3 will have their own content in the future. So the decision as to which system to buy it for lies with what system you own.

I'm not wrong, the UK IGN team already stated that they thought the 360 version played smoother. But I am just repeating what they are saying. But with Rockstar North being located out of Scotland, you take take that for what it's worth.

And yes, there will be PS3 DLC, but not the Exclusive DLC just for the 360. There is "supposed" to be a total of 5 planned DLC packs. 2 will be exclusively for the 360 and the next 3 will be available on both the 360 and the PS3. This was mentioned the other day in the streamed radio show I posted up.
