My question is...if there is a wait list, how can people be selling this thing on E-bay already? I've seen a couple listings I'm interested in...but if the seller doesn't actually have the figure in hand...are they absolutely, positively going to be able to fill my order??

I'm hesitant to buy one, but I really want to. Guardian Predator just trumped Predator 1 and Predator 2 for the top of my wish list. It might be because I just watched P2, I'm not really sure.

You are aware some people already have this inhand?

I'm assuming HT was only able to get so many of these made in time for the con. The remaining amount (of the 500?) must have just arrived, but too late for the con obviously. Hopefully everyone that needed one will get one now

Woo HOO!!! Great to hear so much awesome new when I'm just getting home from work. Congratulations to everyone that got converted! I am seriously very very happy for everyone especially the regulars here. Mine just got shipped and it was scheduled to be delivered on the 26th. But I just checked and now it will be dlvd on the 23rd!!! I'm gonna get mine this Friday! Can't wait!!!
