Can one of you that has gotten this pieces, take/post an image of him NEXT to a 360 game?

People/I in the other thread are curious how this and the McF piece stack up next to each other. Unless someone has both...

Would like to compare/overlay the game case to this one...

Here you go Buddy: Thanks Everybody and your Very Welcome for pics and Vid....

Hey mate,

How come your one has white spots on the base and Cheif's body?

Yours is going to arrive on the second Tuesday of next week. :lecture

Marking the calendar now. :clap :hi5:

No worries, I'm not ashamed to admit that seeing this made me jealous and I paid a premium to a flipper. Got a better deal then the recent eBay sales though.

Hey, no shame in that at all. You got what you wanted and now you don't need to worry about 'what ifs.' :rock :rock :rock

Psh...Sideshow has earned the right to have many hater's for as many screw up's as they have had in the last few years. People freak out when they see pictures and they paint looks like crap...even if it is from crappy pictures. I read back through the thread and I really did not see anyone hating on anything except the paint being off. I can understand why people jump to early conclusions with how many disappointments sideshow puts out.

Yeah but you'd also think adults are smart enough to make out how much camera and lighting means for a picture, especially of a statue. If not, that they at least learn from piece to piece. I understand why people are nervous (me too) but it's often just ridiculous to see people going insane over crappy phone pics with terrible lighting. There's nothing wrong in being afraid and sceptical but at least wait for a good photo with a proper camera and lighting before jumping to conclusions. Phone pics are okay but they do not often show what the statue actually looks like, and lighting is even more important.

And it might just be a feeling of mine, but I get the impression that a small minority here hopes that pieces they've declined turn out crappy to justify their decision.

Makes sense. People have huge ego's and just hate being wrong about anything.

You can never go of pictures anyway ,until it is in hand then you will know.
Happened with the commander Shepard people including myself were saying how crap it looked , when mine arrived I was more than happy but these will differ anyway due to the fact no statue wil have the exact same paint job.
Some will have more weathering than others and what not.

No Doubt. I hated the pro pictures SS took of Cap TFA and decided to take a chance and order it because was hoping the pose wouldn't look so bad in person and it worked out. Even the best pictures can't show you exactly what you're gonna get.

Ain't that the truth. I've had it happen to me.

Does anyone remember the Rogue PF?

Also most stuff looks plain better in hand. I've gotten stuff that looked okay in pictures (even good pictures) that looks just plain WOW in hand. And vice versa, of course : )

Not for me it wouldn't. CE armour every day.

Yeah and I prefer the pose on the Sideshow one as well. More iconic.

Is everyone going to be display him with the needler? I just think it's kind wrong to display master chief with the alien weapon but it is the exclusive....hmm :thud:

I'm leaning towards Rifle from what I've seen but I'll make my final decision when I get him Tuesday.
