Back to the helmet issue - my position is that their helmets are off for the majority of their screen time, and since Sideshow's figures seem to be scene-specific, that's fine with me!

i talked to Jen to day at SS and she sead there will be a LOT of wait list converted ... they asead there have been a lot of people canceled these ... she told me not to worry and she has never lied to me

Maybe, but I don't think that many people just found out about the pictures between now and the pre-order. I think most people either people knew before they pre-ordered or probably won't find out until they open the box. Furthermore most people didn't seem bothered enough by it to actually not order, I assume the same would go for canceling.

Or maybe you just wanted to bring it up again.

No, you asked a question, I offered an option. And like it or not, while the size difference might not be a factor, the deceptive photographs might. Actually, it's about consistent with what is likely happening. It broke here first just last week, so I imagine, it's spreading on other forums like RebelScum, etc, with lurkers coming over here and reading the threads about it. Without some major outside factor, I don't see these people ordering and then canceling less than a week after securing them. I don't see people being any more broke going into tomorrow than they were Thurs/Fri when the PPO came up. That close, those people would've just skipped the PPO. There has to be some other influence other than, "nah" to force that and it isn't like anything else that's better has suddenly been announced.

Maybe, but I think the news would have spread more quickly than that. And maybe its because we're Sideshow freaks, but the reaction to the pictures wasn't that huge here. Maybe it was on other boards.

I'm more inclined to think that waitlists will convert because Sideshow will allot more of the Attendee stock to the Non-Attendee stock. Or maybe she meant that eventually people will cancel, as in right before they ship, like we always see.
