I have never done it with Fedex but I did with UPS and no matter what they left it.
Yeah, I know it was confusing and made me mad, but I called SS directly about it and they can/have to override it due to the ammount they insure the package for. I have to fill out and send in a waiver to SS for each and every order over $100. Pain in the butt, but oh well.
