Thanks Captain Faramir I really appreciate the comments. You're a great guy and I may youtube a video of some workout exercises. I just don't know how to tell people properly in text. I should try too. I still owe you that.

Yes, yes. I don't owe it, but I want to do it. Just need to get off my butt and type out a routine. hehe
