Movie rocked. Better than Dredd and John Wick but not quite Fury Road. Definitely an amazing modern action movie. The first person thing doesn't get old and engages you more than you'd think. Probably the best "video game" movie and pretty much silences people saying you can't adapt First Person video games. It was definitely done right. Sharlto Copely is awesome.

Friends tried to talk me into seein' this... I just don't want to.
The gimmic is stupid, hate the cheapness of a blown up youtube video and Russian setting.

much better than I anticipated. I bit predictable, but very whacky and fun. Almost more interested in seeing this not in first person for a second time. An hour and a half is a long time to be in first person and the camera is a bit shaky from the very beginning.

One of my good friends wants to see this badly so I agreed to go see it with him. Got tix for the 10:45 show tonight. Hopefully, it's not bad.

Maybe a week or 2 ago this movie had an 89% on Rotten Tomatoes. Now it's at 51%. I know most movies' ratings go down after release, but damn that's a big drop! I usually see like a 10% drop.

Saw this a few days ago. It was OK but not really my cup of tea. It did have enough action and violence to keep me interested but that's pretty much it. Can't say I'll be recommending this to anyone though.

Wow, this movie was awesome!

Clearly the best 'video game' movie.

It was violent, graphic and funny. Loved Copley's soldier chap!
