What does the list entail?
Currently I have all 3 on .mkv but once the bluray versions are released I fully intend to burn them and make cases for them.

cost is set by gibby and jimjimmyjones85, it's usually around $6 (cost of materials and a little bit of time). Send them a PM for specifics.

I put you down for SW on blu. ESB and ROTJ you can download and burn to DVD (AVCHD format is probably your best bet). The quality is good and Harmy has not started upgrading those as of yet.
