I dont either all i know is that this look's awesome and i can't wait. I see why they cut it into two parts becuase it's alot to fit into just one movie . They said part 1 and part 2 together would be 4hrs long. So i guess this will be a 2hr movie.

I was actually surprised at how much I enjoyed Half Blood Prince. I thought the look and mood was spot on. But I'll definitely give you that the event at the end was a wasted opportunity to make the audience feel anything at all. It just happened and that was it. The End.

Deathly Hallows looks awesome too. The time between the movies is gonna be torture!

The ending and the burrow. I'll hold that against them until I die. Or until Deathly Hallows makes me forget about it. I still get pissed when I watch HBP.

That trailer has more Voldemort in it than all of the films combined thus far! :lol Not that I'm complaining, because he's a pretty awesome villain. I was hoping for some more of Snape and the Malfoys. I'm sure the closer to November we get, the more we'll see, though.

I've gotten used to the notion of having big chunks of the book left out. It bothered me before but I've tried to view both mediums as completely separate. The books are fantastic (and if you ever get the chance to listen to the Jim Dale audiobooks, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. They are perfection.), and the movies will never be close just for the mere volume of content in the books. But I did enjoy HBP despite what was left out. Like I mentioned before, the only thing that really bothered me was the mishandling of the event at the end. I still love the Azkaban movie (also despite the egregious omissions of the Marauder's Map authors. I mean, all they needed to do is add one stupid line of dialogue to explain it!!!), and I'm still ho-hum about Goblet of Fire and Order of the Phoenix movies.

Can't wait for November!

That's been one of my major criticisms with the movies... sure they can't include everything and changes are always made. But some things could be explained so easily that it would take a line or two of dialogue.

What was the scene supposed to be with the guy stopping the train? I don't remember offhand...

Looks good... don't recall the train scene from the book either :huh

From what I understand, this scene did not appear in the book. Some are throwing around the idea that this may be an added scene to show the
abduction of Luna Lovegood, as the actress previously stated that she has a scene on Hogwarts Express in the Deathly Hallows: Part I. In the book, the abduction had already taken place when Harry goes to visit her. She isn't seen until closer to the end of the book.

Looks awesome, but I still don't know why they didn't CG Red Eyes on Volde...err He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named

It was a decision made by the creators. Red eyes cannot show emotion other than anger, while they wanted Voldemort to be more expressive.

The trailer is truly awesome. But it does seem that most of it is from the second movie. I've kind of had my HP excitement on hold, but this trailer has reawakened the beast.

They probably didn't want to spoil all the
camping
scenes.

j/k
I'm totally psyched for this and the trailer looks beautiful. :rock
