Has anyone actually seen the NECA bobbleheads of Harry, Ron, and Hermione? I'm just wondering if they are the same heads they used for the 1/6 figures or if they're bigger versions.

Got the Harry Noble Artifact box in - it's pretty cool. Except the hologram picture of the Order of the Phoenix is extremely dark - I'd have rather had a regular photo. And in the letters and documents there's a little "TM" after the names...kind of lame. But overall it's kind of cool if they are exact replicas of the paper props.

And I got Wormtail today - I had thought GG was sending Snape.

I got the new Snape from Razor's Edge on Thursday but by the time I got home from work I was too tired to take pics of him. I'll take them later on Friday and post them Friday night.
I wish I had pre-orderd Wormtail from Razor's Edge but I was too late pulling the trigger!

I find GG's comment about the line "slowing down as the last movie comes out this summer" pretty humorous.

There hasn't been a new pre-order for this line since last May! Can it slow down any more than it already has?

Hey Dave, thanks for that info. We have been making lists of what we'll order next from Noble, etc. And the artifact boxes were on them. Glad to know what we would expect. Congrats on Wormtail. What happened to your snape? Wormtail will be here Monday.

i love the busts! i'd be sad if they went away. plus, you can get like 3-4 busts for the price of a statue. i like the larger number of items compared to the larger size of the items. just sayin'

Since re-watching, I've noticed their wands in the first two are not the replica's we buy. I'll be paying attention during POA to see if they switch for that movie.

That is correct. I had never really paid attention before but in one of the "Creating the World of Harry Potter" documentaries that are on the Ultimate Edition Blu-rays it was mentioned that in the first two movies the wands were pretty basic designs, but the characters got wands that were more unique starting with POA. I believe it was director Alfonso Cuaron's decision.

A few collectors who ordered Wortmail direct from GG have received theirs. Haven't seen any in-hand pics yet though.

I'm afraid you are most likely going to have to pay above retail for him at this point.

yeah you cant buy direct from GG anymore, cuz they have already shspped theirs, and most website preorders are sold out...ebay seems your best bet right now. but am i correct in saying that only people who ordered direct from gentle giant have received theirs? or have other sites started shipping too?
