Hartnell and Delgado ..aka.. Dr Who and The Master

Finished up Hartnell this evening. Had a ******* of a time with the eyes, not really happy with them. Still need to paint up the cane.

4th has the full sized old HT body, 1tth has the shorter slim ht body. Same one I used for the Master.

Took another shot at Hartnell. Much happier with the results this time around.

I'm a big fan of Russ's heads, but I'm not such a big fan of One so I wasn't exactly prepared when his head became available. I'll sort out the rest of him later.

On the other hand, Delgado!Master is my favorite Who bad guy and I've wanted him for ages. I couldn't be more pleased with the sculpt! Thanks to a timely delivery from Good Stuff to Go, the contents of my various boxes of parts, and some embroidery thread, I was able to finish him, yay!

Here he find that the Doctor, scamp that is he is has reversed the polarity of the TCE and instead of making things smaller, they now grow to enormous size.

I love him looking off to the side. It's very First Doctor-ish. Hartnell would often be looking off like that as if plotting his next move.

Thanks guys. I guess all those hours I've spent watching and rewatching The Time Monster weren't in vain after all!

However, when it comes to Hartnell, any resemblance to Doctor characteristics is purely coincidental. The local PBS used to show his episodes regularly, but I never watched them as his scary vampire looking teeth really put me off!
