Love my Original BD V1

It was the Asian Exclusive release, the first release. The Box was different, very rare too.

i think the first run of the BD version said "The Terminator" on the box and the second run said "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" on the box. first run is very rare.

I'm one of those crazy people that own the Aoshima version.

I got it before HT ever released their version. And while the HT version is nicer (especially the hands) I really like the heft of the die-cast version. The Aoshima is a pretty heavy ^^^^er.

Dang that one sounds pretty cool, can you post some pics or send me a link? Thanks

There is a review on MWCtoys... just type in Aoshima Terminator.

For me it has 2 issues; they didn't paint the teeth and the hands are really blocky. Aside from that is a sweet figure.

i have the clean version too. it's easily my favorite ht figure ever. it's just mind-blowingly intricate.
haven't seen the bd version in person. judging from the pics here, i'm not too keen on the paint job. the base is a cool idea though.

I can tell the paint job on the BD is better than the normal version, because with the BD version not a single moment you might think you have a plastic figure in your hands, the weathering kinda hides the plastic look paintjob.
With the normal version it just doen't look metal, here you got the look of plastic, not metal imo.

Plastic toy look of the V1? So a few scuff marks make it look more authentic? Its the exact same figure with a few dirt or scuff marks :lol

yes, those few dirt or scuff marks do make a difference in the final appearence
