Unfortunately I don't think the Wal-Mart out here where I live ever got any of the 40th Black Series figures, including the Darth Vader set.
I noticed they did have a few of the Black Series AT-ST vehicles that are scaled to the 3.75 inch figures on sale for $30.00, but when I went back later to get one, they were all gone. Aside from that, all the other Black Series figures that they have here, locally, seem to be the ones from "The Force Awakens" and "Rogue One."
