Considering the amount of plastic and polystyrene that are disposed of everyday just with take-out boxes, milk jugs and water bottles Hasbro are looking in the wrong place if companies want to save the earth.

After Ahsoka, she's next!

I found that a local retailer was offering the Credit Collection Moff Gideon for just £6.50. I had to have him so I could give his darksaber to Paz as if he'd just taken it from Din Djarin. Moff isn't bad and I'm debating whether to repaint him as the regular version or just leave him and get the regular one at a later date. After all, his USP is the darksaber and he's nothing without it. Paz looks really cool with it though, but, so do the Beskar Mando and Moff. Ah, well....

I did also get the Archive Palpatine and he's the only one with a soft goods hooded cloak that looks any good to me. I think I'll get a tiered display stand at some point, then I may not run out of display space quite so quickly...

I'm really finding the value for money you get with these figures so hard to beat. I dread to think how much I would have spent by now if I'd bought these as HT or Sideshow figures!

Almost finished printing the X-Wing in 1/12ish scale to fit Black series Luke... I am regretting printing this given the size but just how flippin cool is it :) Excuse the messy floor, supports go everywhere!

It's a monster, but, it'll be worth it in the end. It'd be hilarious to make a ship that size and then put the Grogu figure in it like the scene in Book of Boba Fett.

Whatever, I look forward to seeing it finished

This looks pretty cool...

Now before folks dive in with the "BOBF sucks" chants, I'll say what I've said before...there may be a lot wrong with the Disney SW content, but one thing that is pretty consistently interesting and well done are the designs, both costume/character and ships/settings. Those artists are doing an awesome job for the most part. (Of course there are some cringy exceptions...vespa gang *cough-cough*)

I think this is a really cool looking figure. The Black Series Tusken Raider is on of my favorites (now an Archive figure). Really like the detailing and combination of materials...works really well together. The necklace is a little clunky but still works. I'll pick this one up.

Now wouldn't this look AWESOME as a sixth-scale figure? Hello...Hot Toys?

Yeah, it does look good,

You are right about the character designs, I was buying newer Black Series before I'd even seen any of the shows, just because I thought they looked good. Sadly though, I may not get this one, not because I don't like it, but because there isn't a proper BOBF Fett to go with him yet. The one you can get looks like Uncle Fester and not enough like Temuera Morrison. The SHF one is nicer, but, you have to fork out for that big old throne to get him as they haven't yet released a standalone figure.

Heck, I don't even have a Mando yet, and that's because I want the Season 2 one with the darksaber........

I cant help but feel like they half-hearted the commandos (they could have gotten minimum 6 unique figures from the one tooling design, so why not bulk them up and be more accurate?! heck, charge a few extra bucks for the additional mass) but I whole heartedly agree this is a cool lineup.

Got an Archive Chewie today, then quickly wished I hadn't! I was all set to do a mega repaint on him and make him look great. That was until I saw a review on YouTube of the 40th Anniversary TESB one. I was floored by how much better he was. Nicer paint, good 3D print on the face, better facial likeness and he's a better height. RAAAAA!!! Ah well, I've ordered one of them as well. I guess, if I fancy sprucing up the paint on him, I've got the Archive one to practice on. You live and learn, just wish I didn't keep doing it the hard way, LOL!

Got a Credit Collection Cara Dune today. Why!? Well, I wasn't going to fork out for an original when the CC can be found for under £40. I'm repainting her back to what the colours on the BS are. I saw I video on YT where someone updated the weathering, and I thought 'Well, I could do that, but, then she'd stand out from all the ones that I hadn't done that to.', so, I'm just going to revert her back as close to standard BS as I can get and maybe a few tweaks to bring her from original to 2023 spec, we'll see...

I did a few things along the way to help, I pried up her shoulder pads, just so they were easier to paint, they will be stuck back when I'm done. I also took off her gun belt, this was pegged and glued at the back, but was easy to loosen, this will also help when it comes to painting. The CC figure also has odd colours in her hair, but, this is a separate piece, so, I took that off so I could fully redo it without ruining her face. All in all, I should have Cara back where I want her when I'm done (hopefully)........

When this was announced I thought it looks kinda dumb and cool at the same time. Just a simple repaint..... But I have a problem in that I buy and own nearly every Darth Vader action figure ever made...

So I hope I'm able to get one..... :rotfl :rotfl :rotfl :rotfl :rotfl :rotfl

I just want the box.

They go up on Hasbro Pulse on the 11th.
