I hope they make TVC Luke storm and a Han storm. Luke Endor poncho seems to be one figure Hasbro hardly ever does?? He would be a nice addition. Would love to see all the old POTF figures released on their normal cards like General Lando and Barada (Kithaba) so far.
I was seeing the new waves regularly in my local Kmart but since TPM wave hit, nothing no new waves have appeared and TPM waves are becoming peg warmers. Thanx for nothing yet again TPM!

They kinda did a Luke Endor during the 30th Anniversary days. Maybe this weekend I'll put the poncho on the new Luke to show you guys what that looks like.

But for now, here's some of the figures I opened this weekend.

Can't find the armored Savage Opress so this will do...

Clone Trooper Phase 2 armor... disappointing as it has no ankle articulation nor does it have removable helmet.

Darth Maul

He doesn't have the appropriate lightsaber for poncho mode which is kind of lame. He only has the hilt.

the Mon Cal and Ackbar are really amazing figures...as are most of the VC waves...

@ Darth Conlan-Im in Newcastle and the Deleted Scene wave and TPM wave are starting to trickle out now...The Malgus wave has been spotted in Melb,Bris and Syd-i picked up 3 of the 5 figures from that wave as mentioned above-Malgus and TCW realistic Anakin seem to be the hardest to get....

And you like the new Lando figure? He's way under-scaled. :(

and a white man. And far from urgently needed since the old saga sculpt is still pretty good and my personal preferance.

Anywho I took the old Skiffs out of the box after getting Kithaba and damn they are small. This vehicle needs a revisit badly. The figures are horrible cramped on the existing toy.

Hmmm that new Maul looks good. Might get him. I've pretty much quit PT but I'd like to be able to set up all the lightsaber duels with the very best figures. Pity about that Obi-wan - not what I hoped it would be when it came out and to me it still looks awkward particularly the head on that stalk neck and the softgoods being a different colour to the plastic part of the skirt.

Lando Sandstorm IS SHORTER than both General Lando and the previous Skiff Guard.... but when grouped with the other sandstorm figures, seems to fit in okay.

Observe...

This is the best sculpt Lando ever!

While not a perfect fit... check this out:

So Disney World has the build-a-droid feature now... but I'm wondering if we'd be able to build droids that are actually seen in the films?

The parts look similar/identical to the build a droid stuff from 2007-08. Not a bad idea, really.

No, it's not a bad idea at all. In fact I think they created 2 new dome molds for this and everything else is previously made. Some of the hats are new but pretty much a huge mark-up for something very insignificant.

My cousin just sent me 9 SW figures from Episode 1 still in there packages for free.

I got...

Senator Palpatine
A Battle Droid
Queen Amidala
Watto
Gasgano with pit droid
Padme Naberrie
Chancellor Valorum
Ric Olie
Darth Sidious

Anyone know if any of them are worth anything and if so what? I'm not really into the Star Wars stuff so I don't know much about what's good and what's not.

Those guys aren't really worth anything. They made a crapload of all Episode 1 figures. Maybe you could save them for when/if you have kids or donate them to Toys for Tots.

You might be able to get retail for them if you wait long enough on eBay for a buy it now option but he's right. They were mass produced and in turn not valuable.

I bought my first ever Hasbro figures today (don't know what happened to Kenner). Picked up just two figs: Republic Commando Boss and a Captain Rex in phase II kit.

It's been so long since the last time I bought an action figure (guesstimating 13 years ago more or less) that I forgot how cool these are: much more affordable, easy on shelf space, and tons of available characters. :)
