Guys, what is to be done in this situation? I ordered an individual SW figure, Nikto guard, from Staractionfigures, a UK site. The next day I ordered something else that just came into stock plus 2 other figures that I decided to buy afterall.

Now, I received the second order the very next week being that I'm only across the water in Ireland. No sign of that first order though which was shipped on the 5th of march.

I'm probably still within the expected delivery timeframe, I'll have to double check, but why would that second order - shipped chronologically later, from the same site - arrive almost immediately and yet I'm still waiting on the first order?

I've messaged the site twice and got no response. I know they aren't scammers and it may not be their fault at all if its gotten lost but what am I to do? Do I accept the loss and just move on?

If it were anywhere else, I'd say random customs inspection. I wouldn't worry too much if the package is insured by the shipper. Contact them and let them know what's going on with the deliveries.

I'd love to see a Malgus on a store shelf, no stores have gotten anything in quite awhile around here. :monkey2

Apparently he has been popping up (along with the Imperial Navy Commander) at Targets and Walmarts around the US, which figures since I was finally able to get one in a trade last week...now he will be everywhere!

What on earth is a Malgus?

Darth Malgus, from the "Star Wars: The Old Republic" video game:

What's the chronology of this guy? In other words, with regard to only the movies, where (when) does he fit in? I was kind of disappointed that all the sith (and other baddies like the droids) in the prequels were completely useless, rather powerless, unremarkable and very short lived. Especially Darth Maul - for all the branding treatment that character received, he was pretty much pointless in the context of the movies and story, having played pretty much the role of an extra. If I had my way, someone would remake the prequels with a completely new story.

I found the Imperial Navy Commander at Toy R Us for $5 the weekend before Easter .

Probably the last Hasbro figure I buy for a very long time . I scaled back to about a dozen figures per year for the last 3 or so years , this year I'll be lucky to probably get 4-5 of them

I've scaled way back on my hasbro collection too. Now I it collect like an evolution of each of the main characters.
Luke
Leia
Han
Chewy
3PO
R2
Lando
Anakin/Vader
Obi Wan
Palpatine/Emperor
Bounty hunters
Imperial troops
A few clones.

I saw the clone wars anakin and imperial navy commander at tru. First new figures I have seen in I don't know how long. Was beginning to think no one would ever get a restock. Still the same old same old at the targets and walmarts with a ton of q voss on the shelves.

Assuming you paid with a credit card, you can dispute the charge, and likely win the chargeback case, unless they can provide proof that it was delivered to you.

It's absolutely NOT cool to file a chargeback complaint for a delayed or even a lost package, unless the store in question is absolutely not willing to work with you.

Call the store on the phone if you can't get them via email.

Yeah thats what I was wondering about. I know they aren't scammers, though for some reason they've ignored 2 emails. I'll shoot them off another one maybe. Its possible I used an email address that doesn't work anymore the first time and the second time maybe they didn't respond because they figured I was being premature and it'd arrive shortly. It still hasn't though.

Ship date from the UK 5th march. Still not received by 9th april in Ireland. Its unusual.

I gave up Hasbro a long time ago... but... before I did... I made the Ultimate Chewie and Han ROTJ Customs. Every single piece was repainted... Sculpted Hans yellow stitching and did mods to Chewie's neck.
