Sweet! Yah, I dig it too, I got a marker and added some lines and while it looks cell-shaded, it highlights the detail and I like it much better because of it.

Pulled my old POTF2 Falcon and AT-AT out from storage last weekend. 15 years later, the batteries are still good.

I also did a lot of smearing to give a more weathered look. And in retrospect, the black marker was too dark. I could have used a gray and I think it would have done the same effect. Either way, I prefer it over the super clean look.

yea that at-at looks pretty sweet like that. working on mine as well. more detailing & then onto the dulcote. i'm also looking at covering the scre holes too. i thought of painting them grey but if i can find the right size plug i think that will look better.

Thanks, guys. I also want to add that I didn't just use ANY marker. I used an actual GUNDAM MARKER for plastic model kits. They come in assorted colors and various tip sizes. I used the black one for the AT-AT. The marker was about $3.50 at a local import shop.

Right now you can get Darth Vader's TIE vs Luke's X-Wing at Toys'R'Us.

The TIE Fighter has been released several times but currently doesn't have a store location.

Snow Speeder was released last year and not very easy to find.

Falcon is also extremely hard to find right now.

AT-AT can still be found at TRU stores.

Dont no if im going to get it but so far the cheapest I seen is 165 Ibeleave the retail price is 185.

wonder if another high quality millenium falcon will ever be done like master replicas. It woukld be awsome if sideshow did one but then the price would probably be 2000 to 3000.

I hate the cloth Hasbro uses on these figures. I wish they'd go back to plastics capes and such.
