Hasbro's “Larger than Life” AT-AT

Apparently this has shown up on UK product lists, so I think it's getting closer to reality. UK ToyFair is soon, US has it Valentines Weekend, so soon we will all know.

Considering the cost of something that size, I think I'll be taking the same road that I did with the Falcon. I got mine reduced at Target for $35. It's just a matter of playing the waiting game...

And actually finding one. We only have one Target in the area, so that's part of it, but I never found the BMF for less than $90 or so even when it was being clearanced out. I'm sure they just got snapped up when they reached that price point. I've been waiting for a good deal ever since.

I really hope that's not the new AT-AT. The worst thing about the vintage was the headshape and they seemed to have copied the old headshape instead of going for a more movie-accurate one.

I'm with you. If that is indeed indicative of what will be released, I think there will be a lot of disappointed people. Unfortunately that will translate to poor sales and it will be a significant blow to Hasbro supersizing other vehicles. The price point may still save it. If it's reasonable (but ugly) that will be easier for some to swallow. Expensive and ugly.......

I agree but, knowing Hasbro this will be a part of their up coming Vintage line so, it will retain some of the vintage look.I can see them down the road releasing it again with corrected head, same crap that happend with the Tie Fighter mold progression..Hasbro loves to milk your wallet.

Nah, the body is all new and there is apparently a speeder bike compartment in the back.

The sculpt is totally brand new.

From what it looks like in the pic, the head and legs are retooled slightly and the body is a brand new mold.
