I thought that too but on second thought I like that that particular style doesn't really call attention to the fact that there are modern figures in the AT-AT display, unlike the Target Vintage-style Snowspeeder box.

i normally could care less about the packaging but the vintage boxes make my eyes glaze over and make me have christmas morning flashbacks. they look really nice.

I finally got a chance to put this thing together tonight, and WOW is it amazing!!! I love the little light up features as you press the buttons for the Darth Vader and snow trooper phrases. Gonna have to dig out extra AT-AT drivers, AT-AT commanders, Darth Vader and some snow troopers!
