Thanks man! I didn't even know there was a Japan town. Never been to SF myself, what kind of Samurai statues do you get there? I consider myself lucky I was even able to find the ones I have.

Thanks Fel! I can't say I haven't been thinking about getting a couple Pirate statues, but honestly Samurai and Ninja's are where it's really at for me, even though I'm part of the Pirate brethren here.

just playin'... I don't have statue of pirates, but I have davey jones' chest made by MR...there's other POTC stuff I'd like to get too, but no room atm.

The Last Samurai is one of my favorite movies, but I guess the reason for that is pretty obvious. If you look at those picture's I posted of the Ninja and Samurai statue, you can see a beige colored Samurai sword. I got it solely cause it's a nice set of 3 Samurai swords, but I found out that it's supposed to be a replica of the sword Tom Cruise used from the movie.

Obviously though it's a knockoff cause his sword wasn't that color, and it doesn't have the inscription engraved on the blade or anything. It's still a nice sword set in it's own right though, and that's the real reason I got it. I've seen a few replica's of the sword at retailers, but I haven't been able to find an Official reproduction of it anywhere. So in closing this long tirade I guess you could say technically I do have something from the movie, but not really.

I took some pictures of my Combat Endo that I cleaned up nice and shiney. Thought I would post them here for all to see. I'll post a picture of it in it's Combat version for comparison, for more shots of it, I posted some earlier in this thread. Thanks for looking everyone...........

(I saw your name over at Shadow and Flame, did I get it right? ) I'm really happy with the way the Endo came out, and yes it was cold today, but sunny, at least until the next storm comes in. I love taking outdoor shots, I think it just makes everything look that much better.

Just go this guy today from AdoptedScot....(Did I mention your the best Shell? ) And I love it! As you guys can tell from my Sig, I'm a big Legolas fan, and I really like how the Animated Maquette from Gentle Giant is different. I'm really excited to have it in my collection!
