I think you’re right about the “Uncle”, but I expect that was just an Easter egg for future adventures and he won’t play a role in this series.

Kate’s mom is neck deep in the criminal conspiracy? Maybe even the head of the snake? Vera Farmiga is too big of an actress to simply be playing a naive woman being conned/manipulated by the Jack character. Given she runs a security company and Kazi is listed as an employee (who panicked over Maya choking Kate), the pieces seem to be falling into place.

On the opening animations, it is shown that she is the one who trains Kate. Also, the photo of the lady doing hand stands in the opening scene of episode one is probably Kate's mom so she does appear to be physically competent at the very least.

Had a hell of a time with this episode. Loved how much of a force of nature Clint is shown to be with the bow...and the surprise arrow at the end. Cherry on top

Yeah as soon as he got his bow, he was unstoppable. I just realized it took 3 episodes before they showed us (modern) Hawkeye with a bow.

It looks like he didn't try to kill anyone too so Wor-Gar will not be pleased.
