The northerners are going to be essential to Dany's hopes of taking the Iron Throne at this point. She's lost the remnants of the Greyjoys, the Tyrells, and apparently the bulk of the Unsullied in no time flat. .

Well, it wouldn't be much fun if we thought it was going to be a fair fight going into the finale.

So much will be happening from here on out. Dany had to lose some momentum. If she kept her army intact plus had the north it would be such a huge advantage. It's so early on in the season that you almost know she's going to rebound strong.

And in GOT fashion, this episode delivered. Just when things start to look promising, they take the away. Really interesting to see how they handle all of these storylines.

Well, three weeks in and Team Dragon is ****ed! Dany better take the gloves off now and get those dragons into the fight or she's going to end up like old lady Tyrell. Hell, Dany should have ridden a dragon to Casterly Rock as air support and could have taken out Euron and his fleet. Instead, she's on the ropes. Jon Snow to the rescue?

like a game of chess, you don't want to bring your Queen out too soon. Luckily for Dany, she has 3 Queens lol, but I don't think she is on the defensive end of things yet. Yes, she's lost what seems like half of her army in 2 episodes, but if she plays her cards right, she can convince Snow to join the fight. It would be impossible for Snow/Dany to fight Cersei and the Army of the dead at the same time.

While Snow knows he can't afford to fight a new battle, he can't afford to have Dany lose either, but I don't see him moving all his people from Winterfell to fight the Lannisters.

I've never liked Sansa, she was always the nastiest of the Stark children and you can already see she's contemplating taking Jon's place. She really can't be trusted.

As for the Unsullied, I was under the impression that just their ships had been sunk by the Greyjoys, but the majority of the men were on shore at Casterly Rock? Their only way back to Dragonstone is by foot, which will take them a long time and even longer to Kings Landing.

Wonder if Dany will send for Daario? She could use his knowledge in battle tactics.

Tyrion really isn't much of a war-time consigliere. He would've lost at Blackwater, if it wasn't for Tywin. I'm curious if any of the characters, namely Tyrion, will acknowledge that he isn't that good at his job.
