Lots of places sell VTS/DAM.

If your regular retailer decides not to, probably UK stores due to it being Dredd, then it will at least be available from Hong Kong, e.g., OneSixthKit or KG Hobby.

So far there has been a bootleg Stormtrooper by, I think, Force Toys; a First Order Trooper by PP Toys; and boldest of all a copy of Hot Toys' Kylo.
