My only concern with a thin coat is the lapels flaring out similar like on the Wonder coat. If he finds a way around that I won’t mind the thinness.

Okay I had a quick chat with Ben one of the people behind the coat project.

He told me that the price is 1299RMB and it's for the coat only. (Around 180/200$)
It's compatible with the DX32/DX33.

What you saw is the prototype, during the production they will update the details and the buttons.

He's aiming for a release in 2026, the reasons are that he doesn't know the quantity that are to be made yet and therefore he can't tell the production time yet.

He doesn't have Instagram but I convinced him to create one so he can communicate more easily with all of you, he's going to look into making his account in the next upcoming days.
He replied in chinese the entire time so I don't except him to have a good english.
I offered some help with communication if needed.

That coat is really nice. For me, the coat is the most important part of a joker figure, a key reason I don’t like ANY of the mass produced jokers.

I’ll probably hop in on this, grab a John Wu sculpt eventually, and use my Dino tie/InArt set for the rest. Maybe grab a WW collared shirt and waistcoat for the fun of it.

I asked around and the answers I got are that's he's "low-key" and legit, he's known for working on 1/4 scale stuff mainly.
He put a lot of care in his sample but the main produced one are never as good and might not be good enough for us. (Opinion from one person)

I got a very nice reply from Norah in english and she said that the coat is supposed to release in 2025.
Ben said he will work on all the coats himself.

This project sounds like a nice gamble, the price is good.
Will you guys get tempted to try your luck ?
