The Berserker Uruk-Hai

Bingo! Even though it is terrific overall, the HB 2 PF has some issues. And as good as it is, it still only appeals to HB fans. Yes, the Berserker PF appeals primarily to LOTR fans, but there are alot of people out there who've never collected LOTR and have still ordered the excl. Berserker. So for it's ability to reach across collectible lines I too give the edge to the Berserker.

Actually,

Michael Crawford's review wasn't all roses.....he had some criticism regarding the length of his right arm, RHoD's girth and pose making for an overall smaller presence on the display shelf.

But overall, he said it was a really good PF.

It sure is.....it sure is indeed...

I think some dont realize that the RHOD actually should be longer if theyre going for screen accuracy.
In the film prop Pearlman's hand stops inside the prop before the RHOD Hand starts.

Now the girth? im not sure about, it does look a little thin, but I cant tell. Anybody with the 1:1 RHOD prop out can easily measure it and tell if its in true 1/4 scale or not.

The issue of the RHoD proportions does seem to be the main bone of contention with this one, though in the grand scheme of things it doesn't appear to be that big a deal...at any rate it's certainly not a dealbreaker.

And if it is people are being too anal and are missing out on one heckuva PF!

Yep, the RHOD hangs a lot lower than his other hand. So the arm should be longer overall than his other arm. If no one beats me to it, I can give a diameter on the 1:1 later today.
