Bummer...

Yeah, that pretty much sums up my life of late.

OK, we're going to resume the monthly custom figure drawing contest for 2011, but with an adjustment. We are now going to offer this contest in our One Sixth Warriors forum thread as well, and all entries from both forums will be entered into 1 drawing with 1 winner each month. The resulting benefit to you is if you're a member of both forums and post different pictures in each forum, you'll get 2 chances to win. You MUST post pictures of 2 different customs that have not been posted in a previous Toy Anxiety contest. We'll go ahead and start with January, so get some pictures posted!

To review, the rules are simple. For the duration of the month, anyone who posts pictures of their 1:6 scale customs will automatically be entered into a drawing to win a $25 Toy Anxiety eGift Certificate.

* To qualify, all you have to do is post a pic in this thread. You may also post in our OSW thread, but it must be a different custom to qualify for a second entry.
* No links or emailed pictures will qualify.
* You get 1 entry per month per forum no matter how many pictures you post.
* It doesn't matter how good or bad the custom is, as long as it IS a 1:6 scale custom.
* This is not a contest as to whose custom is better.
* It doesn't matter if the customs are new or previously created.
* Custom cannot be one previously posted in this thread or other Toy Anxiety custom contest.

At the end of the month we'll draw a random user and contact the winner via PM. We'll continue to do this monthly for the duration of 2011 as long as we have at least 5 different qualifying users. Have fun, and can't wait to see more pics!

Thanks and good luck!

I'm still tweaking this but since I forget EVERY month I'm entering now. Here's my LOST Jack Shephard. Everything came from TA except his legs (swapped some standard TT legs onto a Perseus body).

How much of your figure has to be made of parts from TA to qualify?

ZERO, that's not the point of doing this, although a hope. The point is to keep interest and dialogue going in our thread. Also, it's pretty much a bribe to get people to post pictures of what they're making with the stuff they buy from us or elsewhere :lol It is also just a "Thank You" to those who continue to support Toy Anxiety and the hobby.

And that's why TA is the Greatest! :lecture

Well in that case, this is my Rambo 2 Trautman custom upgraded with Chris Taylor shirt and pants bought from TA.

Nice Jack YoNose, if you can post close up pics of those tats, great work! And MF, Trautman looks great. Shows how much HT has come in just a few years. Those Rambo figures still hold up. :rock And to Johnny Canuck, touche'! :lol
