Hey guys. Just a quick explanation on the Security Certificate issue. As we intended to have our new site launched by now, we allowed the certificate to expire. Our old site is housed on a private server with its own security, and a Certificate really has never been needed. But as with many of you and many others, without it, there is a feeling of insecurity about ordering from the site which we understood to be an issue hence the certificate we had. Anyway, if you are uncomfortable about leaving your credit card information when purchasing from the old site, here's what you can do. You can place the order and fill out everything you're comfortable with, and then contact us via phone to give us the rest of the info. You'll have to fake the credit card info so it thinks you entered one. Just put NA or something instead of the actual number. That way at least you get your items locked in before someone else gets to them. If it's a small enough order, you can just call it in if you wish without using the site, but we have to honor the online orders first. Our phone number is 602-308-0292. Thank you for your patience (which I'm sure is wearing thin) in this lengthy transfer to our new site.
As for our new site, we're hooking up the forms of payment right now, which will include Paypal and Google Checkout along with the usual forms. You'll be able to register your info so you don't have to fill in the forms everytime you order, and there will no longer be the "site is too busy" problem we kept having causing orders to not come through. Don't know if any of you encountered that or not. Lastly, if anyone is interested in placing some test orders, PM me. Just know that during this test period, your orders from the new site will not be fulfilled as the inventory quantities are incorrect, and updating them will be the last thing we need to do before launch. We will contact those interested in doing some test orders when we are ready to do so. Thanks for reading this far if you got here. We value your opinions and suggestions, so feel free to post them here or contact us directly.
