If the winner does not respond or use the prize by the end of the month following the announcement of their win, the prize will be revoked and offered to another random winner.

For the record, no hard feelings towards Prime at all. It is just unfortunate he was unable/did not get back to us in time. We had not dealt with this type of situation before, and the rule addition is just to clarify how we'll handle it in the future.

Since that rule wasn't made till after, maybe Prime can be given something. After all he could have a good reason not to have been able to respond. But it's just a suggestion.
