If it makes you feel better, I'm in the same boat as you though, with the Phase 1 Trooper helmet.

For the record, since we've been breaking down the STARS version of Wesker, only 2 people have gotten 2, all the rest went individually to different people. Now that's not cross referencing with the Midnight version though. Just know that if we find that single people are ordering significant numbers of the same "In Demand" parts, we may have to implement a limit on those items, especially when we're getting low and cannot get more. Hopefully our increased quantities of future figures will negate this issue. Thanks!

And idea here (take it or ignore it): Seeing how several of us place orders at least twice a week, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to have some sort of system where there was the option it to let us order several things during a week and have them shipped altogether by the end of each week (or starting the next). That way we could save on shipping and order smaller product that we usually wouldn't because shipping wasn't worth it. Many times I've held myself from buying x item because it just wasn't worth it paying for shipping. This will also help with the issue of you guys having to combine shipping for orders that were place on the same day.
I don't know, this is just an idea. You already provide us with excellent service and excellent product and for that I thank you!!

First come first serve or fail. I'm disappointed that I don't get everything I'm looking for (like the Phase 1 helmet I've been missing out on for months now
), but to hold stuff, unless you pay for it upfront, isn't fair to someone else who's looking for it and is ready to pay on the spot and have it shipped. Plus, it creates a bigger hassle as now they're holding a bunch of orders, adding stuff to them and waiting to ship them rather than expedite product out on a per-order basis (which just seams easiest to me). As far as multiple orders in the same day, it's not uncommon to get a paypal shipping refund or find cash stapled to your invoice when you get your stuff. The way they have it now is fairest to everyone and I'm guessing easiest for them.

Did you read what I wrote? This has nothing to do with fist come first served. You pay for your stuff right there on the spot. There's no holding anything for anyone. You just have your orders combined at the end of the week and have them all shipped at once as an option. Or you can just have them shipped right away as they presently do. This will persuade people to buy smaller stuff and don't feel like it's not worth it because shipping is higher than the actual item. The customer wouldn't have to wait indefinitely for another item to pop up and make the shipping worthwhile. I believe this would actually speed up sales for them. TA is providing a service of new, high in demand parted figures, which is something no other company does (at least in those quantities) and they have admitted before that they are adapting and changing their strategies because of this.
It's just an idea, nam.

No, just saying that I really don't see a problem with how things are now. Insta-buys should be processed immediately, obviously. But if you're just parts-shopping, wait until the end of the week to do it. It's more work for them to consistently add to orders and remember whose is whose vs. just processing them as they come in and shipping them the next day, and in several cases, same day.
Actually, there are positives and negatives with this idea. We're seriously considering it if we can work it out. It would benefit us in that we wouldn't have to worry about combining orders until the end of the week. We just have to figure out some details, and if we can make them work with our site. Yes, it would be understood that all orders would be paid in full when they are placed, and we understood that's what you meant. It would not be a hold system. Also, each order would still need to follow the minimum $5.00. We can't remove that from the system for "exceptions". Stay tuned.

I agree this idea would be a great feature, similar to the 'pile of loot' option at BigBadToyStore. If you can do something like that it would be very convenient. I know I've bought several items in a week on new breakdowns and wish they could have been held and combined, not only to save on shipping costs but also to reduce the amount of packaging waste.

Forget about combining orders Just move to AZ and stop in twice a week to pick up your goodies! Their store is phenomenal with figures displayed and tons of stuff to look at and of course everyone who works for Toy Anxiety provides amazing customer service and truly are great people and are very Fair to everyone on these boards. Trust me I know I have seen stuff broken down and ready to be posted on their site and they will not sell it or give the posting time as they want everyone to have a chance at it. Again Thank you Toy Anxiety for taking care of all of us!
